Dear Members,

As the summer months are now upon us, Directors’ Club will be using the second half of July and the month of August to refresh and renew.

Our aim for the remainder of 2014 is to become more member-centric, as well as grow our total membership towards the target of 5,000.

Two changes members should be aware of:

First, the creation of the Cream professional groups. Second, the broadening of the Club’s membership to include the emerging roles around digital, social, mobile and e-commerce.

We are in the process of re-badging the Leadership Groups as Cream professional groups. For example, Cream: Customer Service.

The fresh visual branding of the Cream groups will give them new vibrancy and a more distinct individual identity.

Going forward, all Directors’ Club members must also take membership of the Cream professional group that is most closely allied to their current role.

Where a member’s role spans two Cream groups duel membership will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Only Chiefs, Directors, and Heads will be admitted to Cream groups.

See the new Cream section.
