The fourth quarter of the year seems to be racing away. The Club has three Members’ events left for 2014.
First, we pack our bags and head to Glasgow for our Digital Customer Service conference at the Radisson Blu. Members are welcome free of charge, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a special promotion code.
Next, to celebrate National Customer Engagement Day, we are holding The Big Brainstorm in Manchester on the topic of Engaging The Digital Customer. Again, members can attend at no cost, email the above address for the promotion code.
Finally, we are closing our formal series of networking get-togethers for 2014 with a Club Dinner on the topic of Social Customer Service. This is by invitation only.
A year-closing drinks evening is being planned. I will let you know more shortly.
